About Us

CrossFit Bellevue is the largest and most well-equipped CrossFit in the Pacific Northwest. Our facility features over 10,000 square feet of training space, a large children’s play area, two indoor sprint tracks and 21 regulation lifting platforms. Our staff includes a 2008 Olympic gold medalist in women’s eight rowing, a Division 1A football star, a decorated Navy Seal, and several other world class athletes. We are a not a corporate gym we are a family owned and operated training facility. Come train alongside your parents, grandparents’ and children and reach a level of fitness you didn’t know was possible.
 
CrossFit is strength and conditioning program used by more than 2000 gyms worldwide and is the principal fitness program for military, law enforcement, firefighters and first responders across the globe. You won’t find rows of stationary bikes and weight machines at our facility. Instead you’ll find pull-up bars, barbells, rowers, kettle bells and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it is supposed to move. All your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport.
 
The workouts are different every day so you will never get bored.  Classes or Workouts of the Day (WOD) are no more than an hour in length and can be fit into even the busiest of schedules. If you think you have to be in shape to join, you are wrong. You will embark on a journey that will change your life. You will lose weight, gain muscle and your fitness level will skyrocket. Our program is hard, but not impossible. Our workouts are scaled to suit your fitness level. We know you may have limitations, injuries and concerns and we will do our best to address them. We will get you in the shape you have always wanted to be in.
 
Our clients are guided through their first 30-days in our Fundamentals program with an educated and methodical process. If you still aren’t ready then you proceed to our Foundations program. If you are willing and ready, you may choose to graduate to the rigors of our Level-2, CrossFit Games, or the pain and punishment of our SealFit Program.

Talking about getting in shape is easy, but getting in the gym is hard especially if it’s boring. You will not be bored,  you will be motivated, encouraged, and recognized for your accomplishments. You can spend the rest of your days struggling to stay healthy, fighting chronic back and joint pain, and struggling with weight issues or you can decide to do something that is beneficial, life changing, and rewarding. 

CrossFit Bellevue is only as fast and as strong as its slowest and most fragile member, we are a team and we are a community. Stop by and try it out. The only thing you have to lose is a few pounds.
